摘要
基于一种对CO有高吸附容量且对N_(2)、CH_(4)和CO_(2)有高分离系数的分子筛,利用变温变压吸附的工艺,在含H_(2)、N_(2)、CH_(4)、CO_(2)和CO等常见无机混合气体中提纯99%以上纯度的CO。实验装置采用5台吸附塔的变温变压吸附工艺,取得合格稳定的CO产品,提供了一种CO提纯工艺的改进方向,为提高大规模装置的CO提纯项目的经济性提供有价值的借鉴。
Based on a molecular sieve with a high adsorption capacity for CO and high separation coefficient for N_(2),CH_(4),and CO_(2),using temperature swing pressure swing adsorption process to purify CO up to a purity of 99%from common inorganic mixed gases containing H_(2),N_(2),CH_(4),CO_(2) and CO,etc.The experimental device adopts the temperature and pressure swing adsorption process of five adsorption towers to obtains qualified and stable CO products.which provides a direction for improving the CO purification process and provides a valuable reference for improving the economy of CO purification projects in large-scale device installation.
