一种计及实时环境信息的架空输电导线动态载流量计算方法

摘要 架空输电线路载流量的合理调度与高温大负荷期间线路的安全稳定运行息息相关,实现复杂环境下导线动态载流量的精确计算至关重要。该文通过引入Stefan-Boltzmann定律、Newton对流换热公式和IEEE Std 738TM-2012中太阳运动规律预测模型,研究多种实时环境参数对载流导线的辐射散热、对流散热、日照辐射吸热等热交换过程的影响,实现输电导线载流能力的实时准确表征。此外,基于实际线路参数开展现有国标和该文提出方法的对比研究,结果表明:现有国标中的计算方法所得载流量计算结果较为保守,而该文提出的方法的载流量计算结果可以充分体现导线在当前环境参数和允许运行温度下的载流能力。 The reasonable scheduling of the current carrying capacity(CCC)of overhead transmission lines is closely related to the safe and stable operation of the lines during high temperature and heavy load.It is very important to realize the accurate calculation of the dynamic CCC of conductors in complex environments.In this paper,by introducing Stefan-Boltzmann law,Newton convective heat transfer formula and the prediction model of solar motion in IEEE Std 738TM-2012 standard,the influence of various real-time environmental parameters on the heat exchange process of current-carrying conductor,such as radiated heat loss,convective heat loss,solar heat gain,is studied,and the real-time and accurate characterization of CCC of transmission lines is realized.In addition,a comparative study is carried out between the current GB standards and the method proposed in this paper based on actual transmission line parameters.The results show that the CCC obtained by the current GB standards is conservative,while the CCC based on real-time parameters proposed in this paper can fully reflect the current carrying capacity of the conductor under the current environmental parameters and allowable operating temperature.
