摘要 为实现新能源电动汽车充电站(桩)的智能化监管,提高政府市场监管效率,研究将电动汽车、充电桩、监测标准装备、运营商及政府平台,通过标准协议打通产业链数据通道。从标准、规范和充电基础设施运营管理等多方面入手,利用物联网、互联网、云计算技术,结合政府数字化改革实践,将科技创新成果充分应用于城市电动汽车充电服务产业领域,推广新型充电桩智慧计量监管模式,节约社会管理中人、财、物及能源消耗,支撑国家早日实现碳达峰碳中和目标。 In order to realize the intelligent supervision of new energy electric vehicle charging stations(piles)and improve the efficiency of government market supervision,it is studied to open up the data channel of the industrial chain through standard protocols for electric vehicles,charging piles,monitoring standard equipment,operators and government platforms.From the aspects of standards,norms and operation and management of charging infrastructure,using Internet of things,Internet and cloud computing technology,combined with the practice of government digital reform,we will fully apply the achievements of scientific and technological innovation to the field of urban electric vehicle charging service industry,promote the new intelligent measurement and supervision mode of charging pile,save human,financial,material and energy consumption in social management,and support the country to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as soon as possible.
