HPLC-MS/MS同时测定豆芽中30种植物生长调节剂和抗生素类药物

摘要 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定豆芽中30种植物生长调节剂和抗生素类药物的方法。采用Shimadzu Shim-pack GISS-HP-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,3 m)色谱柱,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流量为0.3 mL/min,质谱选择多反应监测模式(MRM)对30种化合物进行定性和定量检测。该方法线性范围宽,30种植物生长调节剂和抗生素类药物在5~200μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,r^(2)>0.9960,检出限为0.2~2.0μg/kg,定量限0.6~6.0μg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.2%~9.5%,回收率72.0%~119.2%。本方法在12 min内完成了30种植物生长调节剂和抗生素类药物定量分析。该方法操作简单、准确,且灵敏度高,可同时快速筛查豆芽中30种植物生长调节剂和抗生素类药物。 To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 30 plant growth regulators and antibiotics in bean sprouts by High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The analytes were separated on a Shimadzu Shim pack GISS-HP-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,3μm)chromatographic column using gradient elution with 0.01%formic acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.Qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted by tandem mass spectrometry in a MRM.The correlation coeffcients r^(2) of the 30 compounds were all above 0.996 in the mass concentration range from 5-200μg/L.The limits of detection were 0.2-2.0μg/kg,the limits of quantification were 0.6-6.0μg/kg.The relative standard deviations(RSD)was 0.2%-9.5%,and the recovery was 72.0%-119.2%.The quantitative analysis of 30 plant growth regulators and antibiotics was completed within 12 minutes.The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,can be used for rapid screening of 30 plant growth regulators and antibiotics in bean sprouts.
