电流互感器非常见变比检定方法探讨

Discussion on the verification method of unusual transformation ratio for current transformers

电流互感器的变比较多,检定工作中常常遇到一些非常见的变比,虽然其测量范围在电流互感器检定装置的测量范围以内,但标准互感器并没有相同的变比对其进行检定,使得电流互感器的量值传递工作遇到困难。文章基于电流互感器的工作原理以及电流互感器检定装置的工作原理,参照现行有效的技术规范,根据笔者实际工作经验,在JJG 313-2010《测量用电流互感器检定规程》推荐的比较法基础上,使用两台标准电流互感器组成标准电流互感器组,采用比值相加法和比值相乘法对电流互感器非常见变比进行检定,并对其进行理论分析和试验验证,希望能够给电流互感器非常见变比的检定工作提供一些新的思路。

There are many transformation ratios of current transformers,and some unusual transformation ratios are often encountered in the verification work.Although the measurement range is within the measurement range of the current transformer verification device,the standard transformer does not have the same transformation ratio to verify it,which makes the value transfer of current transformers difficult.Based on the working principle of current transformer and the working principle of current transformer verification device,referring to the current effective technical specifications and the author’s practical work experience,and on the basis of the comparison method recommended in JJG 313-2010 Verification Regulation of Current Transformers for Measurement,this paper uses two standard current transformers to form a standard current transformer group,and uses ratio addition and ratio multiplication to verify the unusual transformation ratio of current transformers,and makes theoretical analysis and experimental verification,hoping to give the verification work of current transformers.
