机动车前照灯远光发光强度检测能力验证方案的探讨

摘要 针对目前国内机动车前照灯远光发光强度检测能力验证的实施现状进行介绍,指出当前机动车检测机构能力验证方案中存在的不足之处。该文介绍一种通过样品光源模拟机动车前照灯的机动车前照灯远光发光强度检测能力验证方案,该方案能有效保证能力验证过程中样品的一致性。并对该方案的样品光源制备、保密措施、数据统计方法及判定原则等环节进行分析,最后通过2020年四川省机动车前照灯远光发光强度能力验证的数据结果得到验证,证明该能力验证方案的正确性和可行性。 This paper analyzes the current implementation status of the proficiency testing for the high beam luminous intensity detection capability of motor vehicle headlamps in China.The shortcomings of the current capability verification scheme are pointed out.This paper introduces a proficiency testing scheme for the detection capability of the upper beam luminous intensity of the motor vehicle headlamp that simulates the motor vehicle headlamp through the sample light source,This scheme can effectively ensure the consistency of samples in the process of capability verification.The sample light source preparation,confidentiality measures,data statistics methods and judgment principles of the scheme are analyzed,Finally,it is verified by the data results of Sichuan Province’s motor vehicle headlamp upper beam luminous intensity capacity verification in 2020,The correctness and feasibility of the proficiency testing scheme are proved.
