摘要
利用糠醛中羰基在波数1653cm^(-1)至1719cm^(-1)区域内有伸缩震动吸收峰这一特点,建立红外光谱法检测变压器油中糠醛含量的试验方法,探讨了两种检测方式的可行性及特点。一种是使用甲醇对变压器油中糠醛进行萃取,并对萃取液进行红外分析;另一种是直接对变压器油进行红外光谱分析。实验表明,两种方式都具有各自特点,萃取法可以通过富集油中糠醛有效降低最小检测浓度,满足实际工作需求;直接检测法标准曲线相关性更高,但最小检出浓度较高,难以满足实际工作需求。
Using the characteristics of carbonyl group in furfural with telescopic vibration absorption peak in the wave number from 1653cm^(-1)to 1719cm^(-1)area,the experimental method of FTIR to detect the furfural content in transformer oil was established,and the feasiblity and characteristics of the two detection methods were discussed.One is to use methanol to extract furfural from transformer oil and infrared analysis of the extract solution;The other is using FTIR to detect transformer oil directly.Experiments show that Both methods have their own characteristics,the extraction method can effectively reduce the minimum detection concentration by enriching furfural in oil to meet practical work requirements;the standard curve of the direct detection method has a higher correlation,but the minimum detection concentration is too high to meet the actual wor k requirements.
