热工水力试验测量仪表原位校准装置设计

摘要 热工水力实验测量仪表需要高效准确地完成计量校准和量值溯源,而目前基于过程校验仪的原位计量校准存在较多影响因素,难以准确量化不确定度分量。可柔性配置的原位校准标准装置主要基于校准溯源性评定技术、总线兼容技术、柔性化及并行测试技术进行设计,可柔性适应多种规模和仪表类型的反应堆工程热工实验测试系统。该装置的综合不确定度满足大部测试仪表的量值溯源要求,可有效提升实验用测试仪表的校准效率,是实验室计量校准模式的有益补充。 Thermal-hydraulic experiment instrument need to achieve measurement calibration and measurement traceability efficiently and accurately,the influence factors of in-situ calibration mode based on process calibrator are difficult to quantification.Flexible configured in-situ calibration equipment is designed based on calibration traceability assessment technique,bus compatibility technology,flexible and parallel test technology.The in-situ calibration equipment adapt to a variety of sizes and types thermal experiment apparatus instruments calibration.The synthesize uncertainty and well-adaptable of in-situ calibration system can meet the need of various type of reactor engineering experiment instrument.The in-situ calibration system is a beneficial complement to the laboratory calibration.
