摘要
流场扰动主要是模拟供水管路中的阀门开关、弯管等阻流件对水表测量管道内流体引发畸变的情况;而对于超声水表来说,流场的变化,可能会导致其测量的误差增大;这种情况下,一个有效的整流器,就可能使畸变的流场变的稍加平稳,甚至更好。本文主要通过计算机仿真来模拟一种现有的整流器对流场扰动的干扰效果,并通过试验结果来验证。
The disturbance of flow field is mainly to simulate the distortion of the flow in the water-supply pipeline caused by the flow-resistant parts such as valve switch and elbow.For ultrasonic water meter,the change of flow field may lead to the increase of measurement error.In this case,an effective rectifier may be able to make the distorted flow field become slightly smoother,or better.In this paper,the disturbance effect of an existing rectifier on the flow field is simulated by computer simulation,and verified by test results.
