防雷元件测试仪电压上升率校准方法研究

摘要 针对防雷元件测试仪电压上升率校准方法误差较大,稳定性差的问题,通过脉冲计时和电压测量的方法,研究带负载情况下电压上升率的校准方法。该方法首先通过设定电压阈值选取电压上升率线性度较好的区域,其次通过设置晶振脉冲数进行计时,并采集起止脉冲对应的瞬时电压,最后依据电压差值与时间差值计算电压上升率。与现有方法进行了对比,验证了方法的有效性,为防雷元件测试仪电压上升率的校准提供新思路。 To solve the problem of large indication error and poor indication stability in voltage rise rate calibration method of component of lightning tester,the method of voltage rise rate calibration with load is studied by timing the pulses and measuring the voltages.This method firstly selects the area with good linearity of voltage rise rate by setting the voltage threshold and secondly uses the number of system crystal oscillator pulses to measure the time.Then the transient voltages corresponding to the starting and stopping pulse are collected and finally the voltage rise rate can be calculated according to the voltage difference and time difference.Compared with the current methods,the availability of this method is verified.It provides a new idea for the calibration of voltage rise rate of component of lightning tester.
