摘要
单激光差分多普勒系统被广泛运用于速度的测量。为分析并减少激光多普勒直径测量系统的测量误差,根据测量原理建立了测量不确定度评定模型,分析各不确定来源。重点分析了激光角度、多普勒频率、计数器误差和其他因素对测量不确定度的影响。依据JJF 1059-2012,将不确定度分为A、B两类,分别进行评定,得到了测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
Single laser differential Doppler system is widely used in velocity measurement.In order to analyze and reduce the measurement error of laser Doppler diameter measurement system,the evaluation model of measurement uncertainty is established according to the measurement principle,and the sources of uncertainty are analyzed.The effects of laser angle,Doppler frequency,counter error and other factors on the measurement uncertainty are analyzed.According to JJF 1059-2012,the uncertainty is divided into two categories:A and B,which are evaluated respectively,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the measurement results are obtained.
