测定水中硫化物在本实验室的适用性研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验依据《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》(HJ1226-2021),采用“酸化-吹气-吸收”和“酸化-蒸馏-吸收”两种前处理方法分别制备高、低浓度标准曲线,验证实验室检出限和准确度(精密度和正确度),并对某工业废水、某地表水和某地下水等实际样品加标回收率和精密度进行测定。结果显示绘制高、低浓度标准曲线相关系数r≥0.999,“酸化-吹气-吸收”和“酸化-蒸馏-吸收”法检出限分别为0.008mg/L和0.003mg/L,满足HJ1226-2021中检出限0.01mg/L和0.003mg/L。实际样品加标回收率在89.2%-91.7%之间,精密度相对标准偏差在2.9%-6.4%之间。表明本实验室的环境条件、仪器性能、实验试剂均满足亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定水中硫化物(HJ 1226-2021)分析要求,适用于环境监测工作中硫化物的分析。 According to the“determination of sulfide in water quality methylene blue spectrophotometry”(hj1226-2021),two pretreatment methods of“acidification blowing absorption”and“acidification distillation absorption”were used to prepare high and low concentration standard curves respectively,verify the detection limit and accuracy(precision and accuracy)of the laboratory,and determine the recovery and precision of a certain industrial wastewater,a certain surface water and a certain groundwater and other actual samples.The results showed that the correlation coefficient r≥0.999 for plotting high and low concentration standard curves,and the detection limits of"acidification blowing absorption"and"acidification distillation absorption"methods were 0.008mg/L and 0.003mg/L respectively,meeting the detection limits of 0.01mg/L and 0.003mg/L in hj1226-2021.The recovery rate of the actual sample is between 89.2%and 91.7%,and the relative standard deviation of the precision is between 2.9%and 6.4%.It shows that the environmental conditions,instrument performance and experimental reagents of this laboratory meet the analysis requirements of methylene blue spectrophotometry for the determination of sulfide in water(HJ 1226-2021),which is suitable for the analysis of sulfide in environmental monitoring work.
