摘要
为了更精准地获得网络变压器的高频性能参数测试结果,介绍了两种测量方法:一种是运用常规的印制板治具,另一种是运用特制的金属屏蔽盒治具,分别进行插入损耗、回波损耗、共模抑制比和交越干扰测试。结果表明:运用特制金属屏蔽盒治具的测量方法比运用常规印制板治具的更精准可靠。可见,在进行高频性能参数测试时应重点关注测试工装中走线或引线之间的信号干扰,优化测试工装设计,削弱走线之间的信号串扰,以保证测试结果的准确性。
In order to obtain the test results of the high-frequency performance parameters of the network transformer(NWT)more accurately,two measurement methods are introduced:one is to use a conventional printed board jig,and the other is to use a special metal shielding box jig.Insertion loss,return loss,common mode rejection ratio and alternating the interference were tested respectively by using the two measuring methods.The results show that the measurement method using the special metal shielding box jig is more accurate and reliable than that using the conventional printed board jig.It can be seen that when testing high-frequency performance parameters,we should focus on the signal interference between the traces or leads in the test fixture,optimize the design of the test fixture,and weaken the signal crosstalk between the traces to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
