摘要
雷达防碰撞及车道偏离报警是智能驾驶的两项关键技术,针对这两项关键技术进行检测的商用车ADAS双预警自动标定测试系统,目前国内相关几何参数测量技术和量值溯源方法的研究尚属空白。该文建立一套商用车ADAS双预警自动标定测试系统的几何参数评价体系,提出基于激光跟踪仪的商用车ADAS双预警自动标定系统几何参数静态测量方法。在三一重工的商用车ADAS双预警自动标定测试系统上进行了现场测量实验,实验结果表明该测量方法可以有效地为商用车ADAS偏离双预警自动标定测试系统的量值溯源提供新的思路,确保系统的稳定可靠性。
Radar anti-collision and lane departure warning are two key technologies of intelligent driving.For the commercial vehicle ADAS double early warning automatic calibration and test system which detects these two key technologies,the research on relevant geometric parameter measurement technology and quantity Traceability Method in China is still blank.In this paper,a set of geometric parameter evaluation system of commercial vehicle ADAS double early warning automatic calibration test system is established,and a static measurement method of geometric parameters of commercial vehicle ADAS double early warning automatic calibration system based on laser tracker is proposed.The field measurement experiment is carried out on the commercial vehicle ADAS double early warning automatic calibration and test system of Sany Heavy Industry.The experimental results show that this measurement method can effectively provide a new idea for the quantity traceability of commercial vehicle ADAS deviating from the double early warning automatic calibration and test system,and ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
