高吨位自卸车座椅振动舒适性检测及优化研究

摘要 为提高自卸车驾驶舒适性,对某110t自卸车驾驶员座椅振动及相关驾驶舒适性问题进行了研究。分别在空载和满载工况下对驾驶室座椅振动加速度信号进行检测分析,利用均方根加速度和座椅传递特性对驾驶室振动特性做出评价,结果发现座椅的均方根加速度超出了国标推荐的极限值,且座椅支承面垂直方向的传递系数均大于1,表明该自卸车座椅在人体敏感的频段内的舒适性能较差。在此基础上对座椅的结构进行优化后,座椅振动均方根加速度和座椅传递系数得到了降低,表明驾驶员座椅的舒适性得到了改善。 In order to improve the driving comfort of a dump truck,the driver’s seat vibration and related driving comfort problems of a 110 ton dump truck were studied.The vibration acceleration signal of the cab seat is detected and analyzed under no-load and full load conditions respectively.The vibration characteristics of the cab are evaluated by using the root mean square acceleration and seat transmission characteristics.The results show that the root mean square acceleration of the seat exceeds the limit value recommended by the national standard,and the transmission coefficient in the vertical direction of the seat bearing surface is greater than 1,It shows that the comfort performance of the dump truck seat is poor in the frequency band sensitive to human body.On this basis,after optimizing the structure of the seat,the root mean square acceleration of seat vibration and seat transfer coefficient are reduced,indicating that the comfort of the driver’s seat is improved.
