电容式液位传感器在发动机机油耗测试中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 缸内直喷汽油机具有节能减排的优势,广泛应用于乘用车市场,但也带来较高的机油稀释和较高的机油消耗。发动机的稳定运行机油起到关键作用,机油消耗量不仅是发动机重要的经济性评价指标,而且也受到更多终端客户的关切,但受限于测量标准和测量方法的局限性,机油耗测量精度较低,重复性较差。该文提出一种基于电容式液位传感器的更加灵活的机油消耗率测试方法,与U型液位计测试液位高度结果对比,验证电容式液位传感器的测量精度较高,并与机油耗测试规范中规定采用的放油直接称重法对比分析,可以得到:采用液位传感器法测试结果一致性较好,准确性较高。 Direct injection gasoline engine has the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction,and is widely used in the passenger car market,but it also brings higher oil dilution and higher oil consumption.Engine oil plays a key role in the engine stable operation.The oil consumption is not only an important economic evaluation index of the engine,but also a concern of more end customers.However,due to the limitations of measurement standards and measurement methods,the measuring accuracy of the engine oil consumption is low and the repeatability is poor.This paper introduces a more flexible measurement method of engine oil consumption based on capacitive liquid level sensor(CLLS),compared with U level gauge level of test results,it is verified the measurement accuracy of CLLS is higher.By the oil consumption test results comparison with the CLLS and directly weighing method which is the recommended method in the engine oil consumption test specification,the results show that:the test results using the CLLS method are consistent and accurate.
