摘要 光纤传感器具有体积小、抗电磁干扰、易于组网等特点,在复杂电磁环境下多物理场参数监测上发挥不可替代的作用。光纤应变传感器的精确标定对延长传感器存活率、提高测量准确性以及满足长期监测需求等方面具有重大的实践价值。通过总结应变传感器标定方法和光纤应变传感器标定方法的研究现状,分别分析静态和动态两种方法的优缺点,并设计了检测标定系统作为试验验证。 Optical fiber sensor has the characteristics of small volume,anti electromagnetic interference and easy networking.It plays an irreplaceable role in multi physical parameter monitoring in complex electromagnetic environment.The accurate calibration of optical fiber strain sensor has great practical value in prolonging the survival rate of the sensor,improving the measurement accuracy and meeting the needs of long-term monitoring.By summarizing the research status of strain sensor calibration method and optical fiber strain sensor calibration method,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of static and dynamic methods,and designs the detection and calibration system as experimental verification.
