摘要
随着能源环境问题日益严峻,燃料电池汽车凭借其高效率、零排放的优势,成为汽车行业未来重要发展方向。由于氢气其本身的特性,使得燃料电池汽车存在着一定的安全隐患,需要对其尾排的氢气浓度测试评价。在实际操作过程中,受测试环境、工作条件等因素限制而无法满足标准测试要求,导致结果不准确。本文考虑进气端与排气口的不同距离以及进气端几何中心线与排气口几何中心线的偏置距离,研究不同测试位置对燃料电池汽车尾排测试结果的影响度,为检测结果的修正提供理论基础。
The problem of energy and environment is becoming more and more serious.With the advantages of high efficiency and zero emission,fuel cell vehicle has become an important development direction of automobile industry in the future.Due to the characteristics of hydrogen,there are some hidden dangers in the safety of fuel cell vehicles,so it is necessary to test and evaluate the hydrogen concentration in the exhaust.In the actual operation process,it is unable to meet the standard test requirements due to the limitation of the test environment,working conditions and other factors.This led to inaccurate test results.It affects the accuracy of the fuel cell vehicle exhaust emission test results.In this paper,considering the different distances between the intake end and the exhaust port and the offset distance between the geometric center line of the intake end and the geometric center line of the exhaust port,the influence degree of different test positions on the test results of the fuel cell vehicle exhaust emission test is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the correction of the test results.
