摘要
该文对燃气表示值误差检定项目尤其是被检燃气表读数的自动采集技术的国内外研究现状、存在的问题及改进措施进行了详细研究。目前燃气表读数自动采集研究有以下两个方向,一是利用传感器对燃气表末位字轮转动圈数或转动速度自动采集,再转换得到燃气表的累积体积示值;二是基于图像识别技术的燃气表读数自动采集,即通过对燃气表机械字轮进行拍摄、图像识别、最后转化成燃气表读数。鉴于以上两种方法在使用中各有利弊,本文提出几点改进措施和建议,保证示值误差检定的质量和效率。
The research status,existing problems and improvement measures of automatic acquisition technology for indication error verification item,especially the meter reading of gas meter are studied in detail.At present,the research on automatic acquisition of gas meter reading is divided into the following two directions,one is to use the sensor to automatically acquire the number of turns or rotation speed of the last word wheel of the gas meter,and then convert to obtain the cumulative volume indication of the gas meter;the second is the automatic acquisition of gas meter reading based on image recognition technology,that is,through shooting the mechanical word wheel of gas meter,image recognition,and finally converting into gas meter reading.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the above two acquisition methods,this paper finally proposes some improvement measures and suggestions to ensure the quality and efficiency of the indication error verification.
