某型空空导弹导引头舱陀螺电源组件故障分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文介绍了某场站在某型空空导弹实弹打靶前测试出现故障,通过建立故障树判定为陀螺电源组件故障。该组件是导引头舱主要组成部分之一,将直流电源变换为三相交流电源,用于陀螺供电。混合集成电路(HTDY01)是该型空空导弹陀螺电源组件的重要部件,用于单向交流电变为三相交流电,且不改变其频率。该文阐述了该型导弹陀螺电源工作原理,并对故障分析与实验方法进行了详细说明,通过失效分析和故障点定位,说明了该组件运行机理和失效原因,并采取措施加以规避,改进工艺并增加筛选条件的组件运行稳定,未出现该类故障。 This paper introduces the failure of air force station in the test of a certain type of air-to-air missile before rifle practice,which is determined as the failure of gyro power module by establishing the fault tree.The module is one of the main components of the missile seeker,which converts DC power supply into three-phase AC power supply for gyro power supply.Hybrid integrated circuit(HTDY01)is an important part of the gyro power module of the missile.It is used to change the unidirectional AC into three-phase AC without changing its frequency.This paper describes the working principle of the gyro power supply of the missile,and describes the fault analysis and experimental methods in detail,Through failure analysis and fault location,the operation mechanism and failure reason of the component are explained,and measures are taken to avoid it.The component with improved process and increased screening conditions runs stably without such failure.
