摘要
扭矩标准机是用于对扭矩测量仪器进行校准的装置。在研制过程中,扭矩标准机力臂杠杆系统的技术设计是保证装置复现扭矩量值测量不确定度水平的关键和难点。通过对杠杆系统进行可计量性设计,可克服当前传统结构存在的有效臂长准确实现和精确测量困难等问题。通过对影响杠杆系统的环境温度变化、挠度变形、水平位置偏移以及摩擦力矩等问题进行分析、设计和解决,实现各方面因素对杠杆系统引入影响的明显有效限制。经过对该新型杠杆系统实物开展力臂有效长度的测试试验,系统可达到预期设计水平,且实现技术指标的可控和可测。
Torque standard machine is used to calibrate torque measuring instruments.In the process of development,the technical design of lever system of torque standard machine is the key and difficult point to ensure the uncertainty level of the torque value.Through the measurable design of the lever system,the problems such as the accurate realization and accurate measurement of the effective length of the traditional structure.Through the analysis,design and solution,it obvious and effective restrictions of various factors on the influence of the lever system are realized,such as environmental temperature change,deflection deformation,horizontal position deviation and friction torque.Through the effective length calibration of the lever system,it can be seen that the system has reached the expected design goal,and the technical indicators are controllable and measurable.
