全模块化防窃电低压计量装置及其关键技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 文章提出一种低压电能计量装置全模块化连接方案,通过研究开发全新的电能计量二次联合线束插接装置和低压三相整体式多功能电流互感器实现低压三相表箱内电能表、电流互感器快速连接,现场无需裁剪导线,极大地提高安装效率,避免接线错误,方便日常现场校验,提升二次回路的防护能力。同时集成在多功能互感器中的监控装置具备三相电能计量功能和电流互感器二次回路监测、计量电压监测功能,可与电能表计量电能进行比对,可对电流互感器二次开路和过载、计量电压缺相进行报警,从而实现对电能计量装置全面、实时、不间断的防护,保证电能计量装置健康运行,杜绝各种低压窃电行为。 This paper proposes a fully modular connection scheme for low-voltage energy metering devices.Through the research and development of a new united harness docking connector and Low-voltage three-phase integral multifunctional current transformer,the energy meter and current in the low-voltage three-phase meter box are realized.The transformer is connected quickly,and there is no need to cut the wire at the site,which greatly improves the installation efficiency,avoids the wrong wiring,facilitates the daily on-site calibration,and improves the protection capability of the secondary circuit.At the same time,the monitoring device integrated in the multifunctional current transformer has three-phase energy metering function and secondary circuit monitoring function of the current transformer,which can be compared with the metering energy of the electric energy meter,and can alarm the secondary open circuit and overload of the current transformer to realize Comprehensive,real-time and uninterrupted protection of the energy metering device ensures the healthy operation of the energy metering device and eliminates all kinds of low-voltage power stealing behavior.
