PM_(2.5)滤膜称重数据质量控制

摘要 针对PM_(2.5)滤膜称重法相关技术标准中的称量数据质量控制要求,提出增加再平衡重复称量次数以加强滤膜称重数据质量控制的思路。试验采用自动化滤膜称量系统,通过多次再平衡重复称量,比较研究各种数据质量控制方案的称量结果。结果表明,在天平未内校状态下,称量系统尚未稳定,按相关技术标准会得到不可靠、不应被采信的称量数据;连续3~5次重复称量的数据质量控制方案可以取得较好的称量数据结果;如果样本较少,可以采用连续3~5次重复称量的数据质量控制方案;在大样本的称量应用中,建议采用连续3次数据质控方案。该研究可有效避免按相关技术标准会得到不可靠、不应被采信称量数据的问题,可为PM_(2.5)滤膜称重法的称量数据质量控制提供参考。 In response to the weighing data quality control requirements in the relevant technical standards of PM_(2.5)filter membrane weighing method,the idea of increasing the number of rebalancing and reweighing to enhance data quality control is proposed.The experiments were conducted using an automated membrane weighing system,and the weighing results of various data quality control schemes were comparatively studied by multiple rebalancing and reweighing.The results showed that unreliable and inadmissible weighing data may be obtained according to the relevant technical standards when the weighing system is not yet stable in the state of the balance without internal calibration,the data quality control scheme of 3-5 consecutive repeated weighings can achieve better weighing data results;the data quality control scheme of 3-5 consecutive repeated weighings can be used when the sample is small,and the data quality control scheme of 3 consecutive repeated weighings is recommended in the weighing application of large samples.The study can effectively avoid the problem of unreliable and inadmissible weighing data according to the relevant technical standards,and can provide a reference for the data quality control of PM_(2.5)filter membrane weighing method.
