摘要
光电角编码是远传仪表较为稳定可靠的机电转换方式,其本质是将一组光电管的测量信号解析为数字轮的角度位置。以水表为代表的远传仪表数字轮尺寸小,结构紧凑,对码道的形状和尺寸、光电管的分布和位置以及装配时两者的相互配合精度都提出更高的要求,故而增加水表生产企业的制造难度,降低生产效率和成品合格率。表具管理部门在实际抄表作业中经常出现用水数据有突增突减异常,进一步深究发现水表机械读数和远传读数不一致,即光电编码错误形成误码。对于上述问题,提供一种光电角编码误码的解决方案,并根据此技术方案制定一套相适应的企业标准,以此控制光电角编码的误码率,提高远传水表的抄收合格率。
Photoelectric angle coding is a stable and reliable electromechanical conversion method for remote-reading water meters.Its essence is to convert the measurement signal of a group of photoelectric cells into the angular position of the digital wheel.The digital wheel of the remote-reading water meter is small in size and compact in structure,which increases the difficulty of manufacturing and reduces the production efficiency and the qualified rate of finished products.During production,it is often encountered that the mechanical reading of the water meter and the remote transmission reading are inconsistent,that is,the error of the photoelectric encoding causes a code error.To solve the above problems,provide a solution to the error code of the photoelectric angle coding,and formulate a series of corresponding enterprise standards based on this technical solution,so as to control the bit error rate of the photoelectric angle code and improve the acceptance rate of the remote-reading water meter.
