摘要
提出一种卧式反射透射两用光弹仪的设计方案,可以组装成透射式光弹仪或反射式光弹仪,反射式光弹仪可以采用V型光路和平行光路。该装置主要由支架导轨、多个旋转镜架、多个光学元件、加载装置,压力传感器和力显示器、2个手机支架、用于拍照和提供光源的手机组成。作为透射式光弹仪可以进行模型应力实验,作为反射式光弹仪可以直接在实物装置上进行应力实验,进行梁弯曲的反射式光弹实验。该装置结构简单,拆卸方便,成本较低,体积小,使用便捷。
A design scheme of a horizontal reflection-transmission dual-use photoelastic instrument is proposed,which can be assembled into a transmissive photoelastic instrument or a reflective photoelastic instrument.The reflective photoelastic instrument can adopt a V-shaped optical path and a parallel optical path.The device is mainly composed of a bracket guide rail,a plurality of rotating mirror frames,a plurality of optical elements,a loading device,a pressure sensor and a force display,two mobile phone brackets,and a mobile phone used for taking pictures and providing a light source.As a transmissive photoelastic instrument,model stress experiments can be performed,and as a reflective photoelastic instrument,stress experiments can be performed directly on a physical device.In this paper,a four-point bending reflective photoelastic experiment is carried out.The device has simple structure,convenient disassembly,low cost,small volume and convenient use.
