比对试验样品的均匀性,直接影响比对结果的有效性。通过在一批电缆样品中随机抽取10个样品进行直流电阻检验;运用统计分析方法计算出样品的统计量;根据统计量的数值评价样品的均匀性。探讨并给出导体直流电阻样品均匀性评定过程中样品制备、试验方法选用、检验结果的影响性因素分析、检验结果统计处理等活动的原则和方法。希望对从事样品均匀性评定的工作人员有一定的帮助作用。

Uniformity of comparison test sample,It directly affects the validity of the comparison results.10 samples are randomly sampled from a batch of cable samples for DC resistance test.Statistical analysis method is used to calculate the sample statistics,and the uniformity of the sample is evaluated according to the numerical value of the statistics.It is discussed and given the principles and methods of sample preparation,selection of test methods,analysis of influencing factors of test results and statistical treatment of test results in the process of uniformity evaluation of conductor DC resistance samples are given.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the staff engaged in the uniformity evaluation of samples.
