摘要
随着电磁环境日益复杂化,智能电能表使用过程中易出现电磁兼容静电问题。在智能电能表型式评价中,新研发的智能电能表很难一次性通过静电放电项目等级4的要求,其中空气放电是±15kV,接触放电是±8kV的电压等级标准。根据多年的实际工作经验,对已发布实施的JJF 1245.1-2019和JJF 1245.3-2019中涉及电磁兼容静电放电问题进行测试研究,通过对内部PCB电路图进行增加防护器件处理,使之通过静电放电项目。总结智能电能表静电问题存在的主要原因,进一步强调静电放电项目的好坏对计量器具型式评价的重要性。
With the increasing complexity of electromagnetic environment,the problem of electromagnetic compatibility electrostatic problems was easy to appear in the use of smart meters.It was difficult for the newly developed smart meters to meet the requirements in the type evaluation of smart meters of ESD project for level 4,the voltage level standard among air discharge was±15 kV,and contact discharge was±8 kV.Based on practical work experience in many years,the author has been issued and implemented JJF 1245.1-2019 and JJF 1245.3-2019 for electromagnetic compatibility ESD problem,through the protective device handling of internal PCB circuit diagram to pass the ESD project.It has been summarized the smart meters main causes of electrostatic problem.The further emphasized importance for ESD test to the type evaluation of measuring instruments.
