A comparison of different methods of temperature measurements: A meta-analysis

摘要 系统评价中国不同体温测量方法的有效性。对中国知网和万方数据库进行检索,检索时限为2020年3月12日之前。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析,计算加权均数差(WMD)和95%可信区间(CI)。共纳入74篇文章,荟萃分析结果显示红外线耳温计测量的耳温高于水银体温计测量的口温(5516人次)[WMD=0.06,95%CI(0.02,0.11),p=0.006],耳温与水银体温计测量的腋温(3260人次)比较无统计学差异[WMD=0,95%CI(-0.17,0.17),p=0.96],耳温低于水银体温计测量的肛温(4480人次)[WMD=-0.24,95%CI(-0.34,-0.15),p<0.001]。红外线额温计测量的额温与口温(202人次)比较无统计学差异[WMD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.50,0.08),p=0.16],额温低于腋温(21507人次)[WMD=-0.36,95%CI(-0.48,-0.25),p<0.001]。红外线耳温计测量的耳温与水银体温计测量的口腔、腋下温度无差异,可直接使用耳温替代口温和腋温。利用红外线额温计做发热筛检时,额温设定的发热标准与口温相同,或比腋温低0.36℃。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of different temperature measurement methods in Chinese population.Methods:References published before March 122020 about comparison of different methods of temperature measurements were searched from CNKI and Wanfang database.RevMan5.3 software was used for meta analysis,and the weighted mean difference(WMD)and 95%confidence interval(CI)were calculated.Results:A total of 74 studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the ear temperature measured by infrared ear thermometer was higher than the mouth temperature measured by mercury thermometer(5516 person times)[WMD=0.06,95%CI(0.02,0.11),p=0.006].There was no statistical difference between ear temperature and axillary temperature measured by mercury thermometer(3260 person times)[WMD=0,95%CI(-0.17,0.17),p=0.96].The ear temperature was lower than the rectal temperature measured by a mercury thermometer(4480 person times)[WMD=-0.24,95%CI(-0.34,-0.15),p<0.001].There was no statistical difference between the frontal temperature and oral temperature measured by infrared frontal thermometer(202 person times)[WMD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.50,0.08),p=0.16].Frontal temperature lower than axillary temperature(21507 person times)[WMD=-0.36,95%CI(-0.48,-0.25),p<0.001].Conclusions:There is no difference between ear temperature measured by infrared ear thermometer and oral and axillary temperature measured by mercury thermometer.Ear temperature can be directly used to replace oral and axillary temperature.When infrared frontal thermometer is used for heating screening,the heating standard set by frontal temperature is the same as oral temperature,or 0.36℃lower than axillary temperature.
