摘要
依据最新的JJG 1169-2019《烟气采样器》检定规程,参照大气采样器流量测量不确定度评定研究,分别以皂膜流量计标准装置和便携式气体流量标准装置为主标准器,检测市场上常用的烟气采样器,利用其流量相对示值误差公式,得出其测量的数学物理模型,并对不确定度来源进行分析。结果显示采用皂膜标准装置检测烟气采样器时的相对扩展不确定度为1.2%;采用便携式气体流量标准装置检测烟气采样器时的相对扩展不确定度为1.5%。最后对烟气采样器的流量检测过程中常见问题进行阐述分析。
In accordance with JJG 1169-2019 Flue Gas Samplers,and with reference to the evaluation research on flow measurement uncertainty of air samplers,the soap film flow meter standard device and portable air flow standard device respectively served as the main standard selector to detect the common flue gas samplers in the market.Special analysis was made towards the cause resulting in relative standard uncertainty during the detection,while the specific value was calculated.According to the result,it showed that the relative expansion uncertainty when adopting soap film flow meter standard device to detect the flue gas samplers was 1.2%;and the relative expanded uncertainty when adopting portable air flow standard device to detect the flue gas samplers was 1.5%.In the final,the common problems occurred during the flow-rate measurement by flue gas samplers were elaborated and analyzed.
