关于辐射热源热传导强度测量精度提升的研究

摘要 为了压制辐射热源热传导过程中辐射强度的不均匀性和不稳定性,提高辐射热计等测量仪器量传溯源精度,作者在传统白炽灯泡热源的基础上增加了侧面开口的漫反射球形外壳,白炽灯向外辐射的热量经过球壳内壁漫反射后经过侧面开口向外传导。开口面法线方向上辐射强度的不均匀性、不稳定性得到明显改善。经过对比无球形外壳、有球形外壳两种条件下的辐射热强度测量数据,辐射不均匀性从10.64%降低到1.57%,辐射不稳定性从1.7%降低到1.2%,辐射热计校准不确定度从13.28%降低到4.88%,降低比率分别为85.2%、29.4%、63.2%。 In order to suppress the nonuniformity and instability of the radiation intensity during the heat conduction process of the radiant heat source,and improve the traceability accuracy of the measuring instruments such as the bolometer,the author adds a diffusely reflective spherical shell with side openings on the basis of the traditional incandescent bulb heat source.The heat radiated from the incandescent lamp diffused by the inner wall of the spherical shell and then conducted outward through the side opening.The unevenness and instability of the radiation intensity in the normal direction of the opening surface are significantly improved.After comparing the radiant heat intensity data under the conditions of no spherical shell and spherical shell,the radiation nonuniformity is reduced from 10.64%to 1.57%,the radiation instability is reduced from 1.7%to 1.2%,the measurement uncertainty of radiometer calibration is reduced from 13.28%to 4.88%,and the reduction rates were 85.2%,29.4%,and63.2%,respectively.
