老年患者341例抗精神病用药分析

Prescription analysis of 341 elderly patients with antipsychotics

目的:了解老年患者抗精神病药物的使用情况,为合理用药和科学管理提供参考。方法:收集60周岁以上精神分裂症患者341例,对其抗精神病药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:非典型抗精神病药已占据主导地位(92.96%),使用抗精神病药物数量由大到小依次是奥氮平(49.27%)、利培酮(19.35%)、富马酸喹硫平(19.06%)、阿立哌唑(15.25%)、氯氮平(7.92%)。联合用药出现频率最高的是奥氮平+阿立哌唑,辅助用药使用最多的是丙戊酸镁缓释片。结论:对于60岁以上的老年患者,大多使用非典型抗精神病药,不良反应较少。单一药物使用是最有效的治疗方案,其次是联合用药。

Objective:To understand the clinical use of antipsychotics in elderly patients in Xi’an Mental Health Center,and to provide reference for rational drug use and scientific management.Methods:A total of 341 patients with schizophrenia over 60 years of age were collected,and their use of antipsychotic drugs was statistically analyzed.Results:Atypical antipsychotics had occupied dominant position(92.96%).The number of antipsychotic drugs used in descending order were olanzapine(49.27%),risperidone(19.35%),quetiapine fumarate(19.06%),aripiprazole(15.25%),clozapine(7.92%).The highest frequency of combined drug use was olanzapine+ aripiprazole,and the most used adjuvant drug was magnesium valproate sustained release tablets.Conclusion:For the elderly patients over 60 years old,atypical antipsychotics with less adverse reactions are recommended.Single drug use was the most therapeutic regimen,followed by drug combination.
