抗战时期中共与国民党赵保原部在胶东的合作与博弈

The Cooperation and Game Between the Communist Party of China and Zhao Baoyuan’s Army of the Kuomintang in Jiaodong During the Anti-Japanese War

全面抗战初期,八路军在胶东发展迅速。国民党胶东政局却因派系斗争变动剧烈,由伪军"反正"的赵保原意外跻身为当地国民党军政要员。在抗日民族统一战线旗帜下,赵保原一度领导国共"鲁东抗日联军"作战并取得成绩。抗战相持阶段,出于对中共抗日武装日渐强大的敌视,赵保原率国民党游击部队进攻胶东根据地。中共积极进行政治、军事斗争,加强根据地建设,扭转了不利局势。国民党游击部队缺乏领导、各自为战,短短几年时间,胶东除赵保原部外均受沉重打击。赵保原亦被卷入派系倾轧之中,陷入孤立无援的境地,并依靠日伪对抗八路军。抗战胜利后,继续反共的赵保原在1946年6月被中共武装消灭。中共的胜出表面是军事斗争所致,实际是国共综合能力全方位交锋的结果。

In the early stage of the Full-scale War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the Eighth Route Army rapidly developed in Jiaodong.The political situation of the Kuomintang in Jiaodong changed dramatically due to factional struggles,which made Zhao Baoyuan,an officer coming over from the puppet troops’side,unexpectedly became an important local military and political official in Jiaodong.Under the banner of Anti-Japanese National United Front,Zhao Baoyuan once led the Kuomintang and the CPC’s"Ludong Anti-Japanese United Army"and made some achievements.During the stalemate stage of the Anti-Japanese War,being hostile to the growing strength of the CPC’s anti-Japanese armed forces,Zhao Baoyuan led the Kuomintang’s guerrilla units to attack the CPC’s base areas in Jiaodong.The CPC actively carried out political and military struggles,and strengthened the construction of its base areas,thus reversing the adverse situation.The Kuomintan g’s guerrilla units lacked leadership and fought on their own.Just a few years later,all the guerrilla units in Jiaodong area suffered a great blow except Zhao Baoyuan’s army.In the meantime,Zhao Baoyuan was involved in factional struggles,fell into an isolated and helpless situation,and had to rely on the Japanese puppet army to fight against the Eighth Route Army.After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,Zhao Baoyuan,who continued to fight against the CPC,was obliterated by the CPC’s armed forces in June 1946.The victory of the CPC was ostensibly attributed to military struggles.But in effect,it was the result of all-round confrontation of the comprehensive strengths of the Kuomintang and the CPC.
