中国数学教育的本土特色与国际化发展——基于ICME-14与后ICME-14的分析

摘要 第14届国际数学教育大会(ICME-14)是中国数学教育发展进程中的重要里程碑.立足这个节点,统计并分析中国学者在ICME-14中的学术贡献,尤其是在各组TSG中参与报告的情况,结合后ICME-14时代发表的会议相关文章,发现中国数学教育研究者在教材研究、问题提出与解决、数学史与教学、数学建模等方面的关注度和参与国际交流上表现突出;而在大学数学教育,多语言、文化环境、民族的数学教育,跨学科教育,国际合作等主题上的发声和会后关注都是不足的.此外,部分从事小学数学教育和教师教育的研究者们主要贡献于中国特色主题活动和讨论组活动中,在国际视野和交流方面是缺乏的.最后分析了ICME-15中对TSG设置的调整情况,并提出了在日后的国际数学教育交流中应兼顾本土特色与国际化发展的建议. The 14th International Congress on Mathematics Education(ICME-14)is an important milestone in the development of mathematics education in China.Based on this node,the academic contributions of Chinese scholars in ICME-14 are counted and analyzed,especially their presentations in TSGs,and the relevant articles published in the post-ICME-14 era are also considered.It is found that Chinese mathematics education researchers are outstanding in the international communications in aspects of textbook research,problem posing and solving,history and pedagogy of mathematics,mathematical modeling,etc.However,there is a lack of voice and summary of these topics,such as mathematics education at tertiary level,mathematics education in multilingual and multicultural environment,ethno-mathematics,interdisciplinary education,international cooperation,etc.In addition,some researchers focused on primary mathematics education and teacher education mainly contribute to Thematic Afternoon and Discussion Groups activities with Chinese characteristics,and are lacking in international vision and idea exchanges.Finally,the adjustment of TSG settings in ICME-15 is analyzed,and suggestions are put forward that both local characteristics and international development should be taken into account in future international academic communication.
