新时代中国毽球运动高质量发展的现实困境与路径选择

Realistic Dilemma and Path Selection of the High-Quality Development of Chinese Shuttlecock in the New Era

中华民族传统体育作为中国传统文化的组成部分,对其高质量发展的研究,是新时代背景下弘扬文化自信,稳步推进体育强国战略的时代之需。运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,解读新时代毽球运动的时代发展机遇与挑战,建构出新时代毽球运动现代化发展的优化路径。研究认为:全民健身、健康中国、体育强国等国家层面政策的实施为毽球运动发展提供了新契机;构建管办协同的制度治理路径、体教融合的技术服务路径、术道融合的文化输出路径,可为新时代中华传统体育现代化转型与发展提供“毽球样本”。

As a component of traditional Chinese culture,traditional Chinese sports research on its high-quality development can promote cultural self-confidence and the strategy of strengthening the country in the context of the new era.This study uses the methods literature,interview,and logical analysis to interpret the development opportunities and challenges of the shuttlecock in the new era,and build the optimal path for the modernization of the shuttlecock in the new era.The research shows that the implementation of national policies such as national fitness,healthy China and sports power provides new opportunities for the development of the shuttlecock.The path provides“shuttlecock samples”for the Building a system governance path of management and implementation coordination,a technical service path of sports and education integration,and a cultural output path of skills and laws integration can provide a“shuttlecock sample”for the modernization transformation and development of traditional Chinese sports in the new era.
