摘要
运用运动干预与心理测试等研究方法,对习练广场舞的中老年妇女心理健康状况进行实证研究。结果表明:中老年妇女进行广场舞锻炼32周后其心理健康状况得以明显改善。提示广场舞能使习练者在练习过程中体会到运动给自己带来的乐趣,对改善中老年妇女的心理健康具有积极的意义。
Using the research methods of exercise intervention and psychological test,this paper makes an empirical study of the mental health status of middle-aged and elderly women who practice square dance.The results show that after 32 weeks of square dance exercise,the mental health of middle-aged and elderly women are obviously improved.Besides,dance can make the exercisers feel the fun that sports bring to themselves in the process of practice,which is of positive significance for improving the mental health of middle-aged and elderly women.
