基于慕课的教师专业发展学习动力促进作用实证研究 被引量:5

Empirical Studies on Effect of Learning Engagement in Teachers’ Professional Development Based on MOOC Learning

摘要 慕课由于其"人人皆学,处处能学,时时可学"的优势,成为在职教师专业发展的有效学习方式之一。以247名在职教师为研究对象,使用教师专业发展内部动力量表及外部动力量表、自我调节学习量表和学习投入量表等全过程跟踪分析教师的学习动力、学习行为和学习效果,通过调节效应检验及结构方程模型等方法,分析和验证各变量水平及作用关系。可以看出,在基于慕课学习的教师专业发展中,教师学习动力、自我调节学习和学习投入水平总体较高,但在个体特征上存在差异性;外部动力正向影响内部动力、自我调节学习和学习投入,内部动力也正向影响自我调节学习和学习投入,自我调节学习在外部动力和内部动力对学习投入的影响中具有中介作用;教师生涯阶段在外部动力、内部动力对学习投入影响中具有调节作用。基于研究结论,给出了慕课学习有效促进教师专业发展的建议。 MOOC has become one of the effective learning methods for in-service teachers’professional development because of its advantages of"learning for all,learning everywhere,and learning all the time".With247 in-service teachers as research subjects,this paper analyzed teachers’learning motivation,learning behaviors,and learning effects,by employing the Internal and External Motivation Scale,Self-Regulated Learning Scale,and Learning Engagement Scale.Analyze and validate the levels and effects of each variable through moderating effect tests and structural equation modeling.It can be seen that the levels of teachers’learning motivation,self-regulated learning and learning engagement in teachers’professional development based on MOOC learning are generally higher,but there is variability in individual characteristics;external motivation positively influences internal motivation,self-regulated learning and learning engagement.Moreover internal motivation positively influences self-regulated learning and learning engagement.What’s more,self-regulated learning has a mediating role in the influence of external and internal motivations on learning engagement.Meantime,the stage of teacher career has a moderating role in the influence of external and internal motivations on learning engagement.Based on these findings,suggestions are given for effective promotion of teachers’professional development by MOOC learning.
