摘要
以欧美杨107杨施肥林分和对照林分为对象,研究了有机肥施入对杨树根系生长情况及土壤有效养分的影响。结果表明,施肥林分不同土层深度的细根生物量均显著高于对照林分;施肥林分0 cm~30 cm、30 cm~60 cm土层的粗根生物量显著高于对照林分,两者60 cm~90 cm土层的粗根生物量无显著差异,有机肥施入对杨树根系形态指标的影响不大。施肥林分的土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量高于对照林分,但两者差异不显著;施肥林分的土壤速效磷和速效钾含量显著高于对照林分。
The effects of organic fertilizer application on the root growth of Poplar and the soil available nutrient content were studied using Poplar fertilized forest stands and control forest stands as objects.The results showed that the fine root biomass of fertilized forest stands at different soil depths was significantly higher than that of the control forest stands.The coarse roots biomass in the 0 cm~30 cm and 30 cm~60 cm soil layers of the fertilized forest stand was significantly higher than that of the control forest stand,while there was no significant difference in the coarse roots biomass in the 60 cm~90 cm soil layer.The application of organic fertilizer had little effect on the root morphological characteristics of Poplar.The content of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the soil of the fertilized forest stand was higher than that of the control forest stand,but the difference between the two was not significant.The soil available phosphorus and potassium content in the fertilized forest stand were significantly higher than those in the control forest stand.
