摘要
为实现华山松造林良种化,对30个华山松半同胞家系苗期生长状况进行了测定,利用R语言ASReml包进行了遗传评估,根据育种值排名选择优良家系,预测遗传增益。结果表明,华山松苗高和地径在家系间存在显著差异,有较大的选择潜力;苗高和地径遗传力分别为0.829、0.726,说明苗高和地径受到相对较高的遗传控制。根据苗高育种值,初步选择出HH12、HH14、DH42、HH11、HH275个表现优良的家系,遗传增益可达17.4%。
In order to realize the afforestation improvement of Pinus armandii,the growth status of 30 half-sibling families of Pinus armandii at seedling stage was measured,and genetic evaluation was carried out by using R language ASReml package.The superior families were selected and the genetic gain was predicted according to the breeding value ranking.The results showed that the seedling height and ground diameter of Pinus armandii were significantly different among families and had great potential for selection.The heritability of seedling height and ground diameter were 0.829 and 0.726 respectively,which indicated that the seedling height and ground diameter were under relatively high genetic control.According to the breeding value of seedling height,5 excellent families including HH12,HH14,DH42,HH11 and HH27 were selected,and the genetic gain could reach 17.4%.
