摘要
为分析非道路移动机械电动化在工程领域推广应用的可行性,系统梳理国内外车辆发展现状,全面总结大型运载机械的升级技术及电动化运用情况,归纳运载工具电动化发展趋势。基于环保需求、能源需求、产业发展及技术提升方面论证非道路移动机械电动化的必要性,分别从国内外政策、技术进步、基础设施3方面阐述了非道路移动机械电动化的可行性。针对非道路移动机械应用现状,全面分析了非道路移动机械电动化可实施的基本方案以及将面临的挑战,为工程机械行业技术进步提供了理论指导。
To analyze the feasibility of promoting and applying the electrification of non-road mobile machinery in the engineering field,this paper systematically organized the current vehicle development situation in the domestic and overseas,comprehensively summarized the upgrading technologies and the electrification application of large transportation machinery,and generalized the electrification development trend of vehicles.Based on environmental protection requirements,energy requirements,industrial development,and technology improvement,the necessity of the electrification of non-road mobile machinery was demonstrated,and from the perspectives of domestic and foreign policies,technological progress,and infrastructure,the feasibility of non-road mobile machinery was explained.Focusing on the current application of non-road mobile machinery,this paper comprehensively analyzed the implementable basic schemes of electrification of non-road mobile machinery and the challenges that would be faced,providing theoretical guidance for the technological progress of the engineering machinery industry.
