化学激发剂对水泥基防渗材料性能研究

摘要 在前期室内试验基础上,采用正交试验,研究不同化学激发剂对砂浆力学、抗渗性能影响。试验表明:与空白砂浆相比,不同掺量、不同种类的化学激发复配在很大程度上提高和改善了砂浆力学、抗渗性能。通过试验得出了化学激发剂最优配比为:组分A∶组分B∶组分C∶组分D=10∶200∶300∶20。通过SEM微观测试方法探究了化学激发剂抗渗作用机理。 Based on previous indoor tests,this paper used the orthogonal test to study the effects of different chemical activators on the mechanical properties and impermeability of mortar.The test shows that compared with blank mortar,different dosages and types of chemical activators significantly improved the mechanical properties and impermeability of compound mortar.From the test result,the optimal ratio of chemical activators was component A∶component B∶component C∶component D=10∶200∶300∶20.The impermeability mechanism of the chemical activator was investigated by SME microscopic test method.
