基于加速加载的沥青混合料车辙发展规律研究

摘要 为研究沥青混合料在实际运营条件下车辙变形特征,对AC-13和SMA-13沥青混合料在不同试验温度及加载次数下进行加速加载试验,分析沥青混合料车辙发展规律并提出车辙预估模型。结果表明:沥青混合料的车辙深度随着温度升高、加载次数增加而增大,在25℃、50℃条件下SMA-13的稳态变形速率分别为AC-13的75.6%、50.5%,SMA-13的抗变形能力要优于AC-13。基于加速加载试验提出的车辙预估模型综合考虑了试件厚度、试验温度和加载次数的影响,拟合精度良好,可以为沥青路面运营养护决策提供技术支撑。 To study the rutting deformation characteristics of the asphalt mixture under actual operation,this paper conducted the accelerated loading test on AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures at different temperatures and loading times to analyze the development law of the asphalt mixture rutting and propose the rutting prediction model.The results showed that the rutting depth of the asphalt mixture increased with the increase in temperature and loading times.The steady-state deformation rates of SMA-13 at 25℃and 50℃were 75.6%and 50.5%of those of AC-13,respectively,and the anti-deformation capacity of SMA-13 was better than that of AC-13.The rutting prediction model proposed based on the accelerated loading test comprehensively considers the influences of the specimen thickness,testing temperature,and loading times,resulting in good fitting accuracy,which can provide technical support for the decision-making of operation and maintenance of asphalt pavement.
