摘要
通过对比分析两种切实可行的旧桥拆除方案,考虑施工安全、成本、工期等问题后选出最优施工方案。进行旧桥上部结构、下部结构最不利工况的安全性验算后,在拆除过程中以“化整为零”的思路、“移梁不移机”的原则对板梁进行左、右协同逐片拆除,确保了下部结构的稳定。并针对施工过程中出现的运梁车荷载作用下桥梁承载力不足、运输场地空间受限等工程实际问题,利用现场材料自主研制运梁设备,并通过有限元模拟分析方式验算运梁设备结构安全性。
By comparing two feasible schemes to demolish the old bridge,considering factors such as construction safety,cost,and construction period,an optimal construction scheme was selected.After the safety checking calculation of the most unfavorable condition of the superstructure and substructure of the old bridge,the left and right plate-girders were demolished piece by piece based on the idea of"decentralized"and the principle of"moving girder rather than the machine",to make sure the stability of the substructure.Focusing on the engineering practical problems of the insufficient bearing capacity of the bridge under the load of the girder transport vehicle and the limited transportation space in the construction,using materials in the field,a type of girder transport equipment was independently developed,and the structural safety of the equipment was checked and calculated by finite element simulation analysis.
