注浆联合强夯法在左涉一级公路的应用

摘要 为了明确左涉一级公路煤矸石堆填段采用注浆联合强夯法进行加固处理的参数,首先通过数值模拟方法对未加固处理煤矸石路基工后沉降量进行分析,指出对煤矸石路基进行加固处理的必要性,然后在注浆法加固煤矸石路基的基础上进一步探讨注浆联合强夯法的施工参数。结果表明,未加固处理煤矸石路基工后沉降量超设计规范,采用注浆法加固路基,随着注浆间距的缩小,路基竖向沉降量、路堤坡肩与坡脚处水平位移量均减小。在煤矸石路基加固区域6 m以下采用注浆间距2 m进行加固并在上部6 m区域采用强夯法加固,其工后沉降量和水平位移远低于注浆法加固路基。在实际监测阶段,注浆联合强夯法加固路基工后沉降量小并趋于稳定,验证了其加固煤矸石路基的可靠性。 To clarify the parameters of the reinforcement with the grouting combining dynamic compaction method in the coal gange fill section in Zuoshe first-class highway,the post-construction settlement of unreinforced coal gangue subgrade was analyzed by numerical simulation,indicating the necessity of reinforcing coal gangue subgrade.Then the construction parameters of grouting combining dynamic compaction method were further discussed.The results showed that the post-construction settlement of unreinforced coal gangue subgrade cannot meet the design specification.Using the grouting method to reinforce the subgrade,with the decreasing grouting spacing,the vertical settlement decreased,as well as the horizontal displacement at the shoulder and foot of the embankment.In the coal gangue subgrade reinforcement section,below 6 m using the grouting spacing of 2 m,and over 6 m using the dynamic compaction,the post-construction settlement and horizontal displacement were far less than that of using the grouting method.In the actual monitoring stage,the post-construction settlement of the subgrade reinforced with grouting combining dynamic compaction method reduced and tended to be stable,which verified the reliability of the method to reinforce the coal gangue subgrade.
