摘要
SMC常温再生混合料可实现沥青面层的低温施工,具有存储时间长、施工便捷、节能减排等诸多优势,同时可实现废旧资源的再生利用,经济和社会效益显著。基于最佳嵌挤密实状态进行了SMC常温再生混合料的配合比设计研究,确定了最佳沥青用量,并探究了不同SMC改性剂掺量、关键筛孔通过率及养生时间对常温再生混合料的性能影响规律,为SMC常温再生技术推广应用提供参考。
SMC room-temperature recycled mixture can realize the low-temperature construction of the asphalt surface layer,with long storage time,convenient construction,energy saving,emission reduction,and other advantages.In the optimum interlock-dense condition,this paper studies the mix ratio design of the SMC room-temperature recycled asphalt mixture and determines the optimum asphalt content.The influences of different dosages of SMC modifier,key sieve passing rate,and curing time on the performance of the room-temperature recycled mixture is studied,which provides a reference for the promotion and application of the SMC recycling technique.
