Discussion on Service Mode of Environmental Manager in Highway Construction

随着我国公路建设的迅猛发展,在国家反复明确环境治理工作重要及紧迫的大背景下,伴随着环保管家的诞生,针对公路建设的特点以及目前存在的各种环境问题,在公路建设中引入环保管家,实现从被动的环保治理转为主动的环保服务,提供一站式环保托管服务,全过程、全方位地解决好公路建设过程中遇到的环保方面问题。分析研究公路建设环保管家服务模式,提出完善我国公路建设环境问题的对策和建议。

With the rapid development of highway construction in China,the government has repeatedly emphasized the importance and urgency of environmental management.With the birth of environmental manager,focusing on the characteristics and existing environmental problems of highway construction,the introduction of environmental manager in highway construction has realized the transformation from passive environmental protection treatment to active environmental protection service,providing one-stop environmental protection trusteeship service,and comprehensively solving the environmental protection problems encountered in highway construction in the whole process.This paper analyzed and studied the service mode of environmental manager in highway construction,and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the environmental problems of highway construction in China.
