摘要
山西省高速公路由团雾引发的交通事故逐年增加,给广大人民群众的生命财产安全造成了不可估量的损失。目前,由于缺乏科学合理的高速公路团雾影响路段分级评价方法,导致在其应对措施方面难以做到有规可依,实施效果不甚理想。依据山西省内高速公路各路段团雾发生频率和风险程度,提出了团雾影响路段的判定指标,并建立单项评价和综合评价相结合的评价体系,可为团雾预警和车辆安全行驶保障措施的选布提供科学依据。
In Shanxi province,the traffic accidents caused by radiation fog are increasing year by year,causing incalculable loss to the safety of people’s life and property.At present,due to the lack of scientific and reasonable grading evaluation method for highway sections affected by radiation fog,it is difficult to follow the corresponding measures,resulting the poor effect of implementation.In this paper,based on the occurrence frequency and risk level of the radiation fog in each highway section in Shanxi,the decision index of radiation fog affecting road section was put forward,and a evaluation system combining single evaluation and comprehensive evaluation was established,which can provide scientific basis for the radiation fog warning and the arrangement of vehicle safety driving measures.
