摘要
2018版《公路工程基本建设项目投资估算编制办法》和《公路工程估算指标》自2019年5月1日正式实施。替代2011版编制办法和指标,现针对新旧编办和指标,分析新旧差异、总结经验,为今后投资估算的编制工作提供指导。
The 2018 edition of Highway Basic Construction Project Investment Estimation Compiling Method and Highway Project Evaluation Index have been officially implemented since May 1 st,2019,replacing the compiling method and index of the 2011 edition.This paper analyzed the difference between new and old compiling methods and index,summarized the experience,and provided guidance for the investment estimation compilation in the future.
