摘要
目前我国大部分隧道处于运营养护阶段,然而由于勘察结果不准确、施工质量不合格、监管养护不到位等原因,导致大量运营公路隧道出现不同程度的病害问题,影响正常行车安全。针对某在役公路隧道衬砌开裂、路面沉陷等病害,采用现场检测和室内测试,对围岩级别、衬砌质量、隧道内轮廓断面以及变形进行检测。检测结果表明:病害段围岩破碎,含巨厚泥岩夹层和强风化灰岩层,采用定性和定量相结合的方法综合判定围岩级别为Ⅳ级,原勘察中的Ⅲ级围岩定性不准确;同时,衬砌施工质量差,不满足设计和规范要求,局部区段衬砌厚度严重不足。
At present,most of tunnels in China are in the stage of operation and maintenance.However,due to causes such as inaccurate survey results,unqualified construction quality and inadequate supervision and maintenance,a large number of operational highway tunnels have different degrees of disease problems,which affect the traffic safety.In this paper,focusing on diseases such as the tunnel lining crack and the pavement depression of a in-service highway,on-site detection and indoor testing were applied to detect the grade of surrounding rock,lining quality,tunnel outline section and deformation.The results showed that the surrounding rock in diseased section was broken,containing thick mudstone interlayer and highly weathered limestone layer.The grade of surrounding rock was determined as gradeⅣby qualitative and quantitative methods,and gradeⅢsurrounding rock in the original survey was not qualitatively accurate.Moreover,the construction quality of lining was poor,it cannot meet the requirements of the design and specifications,and the thickness of the lining in certain sections was seriously insufficient.
