摘要 高效高产的综放工作面会产生大量粉尘,粉尘治理是一项难题。西曲矿采用在采煤机上增设大流量高压喷雾,工作面支架间每隔9 m安装1组光电感应喷雾,回风平巷安设双层捕尘网,在转载点安装封闭式控尘装置等防尘方法进行粉尘的治理,实践应用效果极为明显,总粉尘质量浓度由原来的12.5 mg/m^3降至6.0 mg/m^3,降尘率达52.0%。 A large amount of dust will be produced in the fully mechanized caving face with high efficiency and high yield.Dust control is a difficult problem.Xiqu Coal Mine used some dustproof methods to carry out the treatment of dust,for example,to add large flow and high pressure spray on the shearer,a set of photoelectric induction spray was installed at every 9 m between the working face supports,and a double-layer dust catching net was installed in the return air lane,and a closed dust control device was installed at the retransmission point.The practical application effect was very obvious,the total dust mass concentration was reduced from 12.5 mg/m^3 to 6.0 mg/m^3,and the dust reduction rate was 52.0%.
