摘要 对大峪煤业有限公司通风系统风量利用率不高的情况进行了研究,通过分析影响通风系统性能的因素,确定了一种新型的评价体系。分析了通风系统的通风环境与网络合理性,利用风流流动的几大基本理论,科学、客观地体现出通风系统的性能。在评估体系的基础上明确了影响系统性能的因素,通过利用掘进巷道通风优化和降低通风阻力两种方案,提高了系统的风量利用率。优化方案的应用可以使得供风量稳定,满足矿井生产要求。 This paper studied the low utilization rate of air volume in the ventilation system of Dayu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,established a new evaluation system by analyzing the factors affecting the performance of the ventilation system.At the same time,it analyzed the ventilation environment and the rationality of network of the ventilation system,and used several basic theories of air flow to scientifically and objectively reflect the performance of the ventilation system.On the basis of the evaluation system,the factors that affect the performance of the system were defined.Through the use of two schemes of ventilation optimization in driving roadway and reduction of ventilation resistance,the air utilization rate of the system was improved.The application of the optimization scheme can make the air supply stable and meet the mine production requirements.
